Clientele Legal

My family and I have two "Legal" policies with Clientele which we have been attempting to cancel sine October 2022 due to their inability to provide any service beyond sending emails filled with totally incorrect and nonsensical information. Despite receiving a so called cancellation letter there has been no attempt to cancel the debit order. This debit order is set up in such a way that it can only be cancelled by Clientele themselves. I wish I could give them a -10 rating
