I had a policy with clientele legal, guess what you don't get the service as advertised. I had a simple matter I required information on advice but to my shock I had to do about 5 different things and report the matter then send them feedback and only once all they requested is done will they concider the issue and see if they can represent you. I LEARNT MY LESSON THE HARD WAY, SO THINK ABOUT IT CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU CONCIDER THEM AND I WAS ON THE HIGHER PLAN. So hence I canceled and then to stop thier debit orders was another fight after I canceled per agreement and they confirmed on email policy is canceled.
