I was very ably assisted by a Clientele Lawyer named Majaha Sibiya in fending off an order for costs which was issued against me by my local Magistrates Court. The order was granted in my absence because my opponents went to court after offering me to settle out of court. This was a dispute with an educational institution where I failed a module and they refused to let me view my script, so I went to court to seek an order compelling them to view my script. They didn't like my action so they unnecessarily incurred costs in opposing my order, then they wanted to compel me to pay. Majaha assisted me by encouraging me to oppose their costs order at court and that is how my opponents ultimately proposed that we must settle the matter outside court. I am grateful that I don't have to pay legal costs for an institution, that would devastate my finances.
