Clientele is sooo Annoying and Useless

I have been with clientele for more than 10 years paying their premium, I am very very disappointed with the fact that they have under graduate masquerading as lawyers, for the amount they charge per month , I would have believed that they would honestly take their customer seriously, I have logged a case against FNB s wrongly listing ke, the lawyer I spoke to had to Google to check what he needs. I am tired of this money making scheme . I wish I can just get all my money back
