Clientele imposing 48 hour delay on responding

Good day,

Grace, the operator at Clientele Legal, that you reach by calling ***, took my call as a valid and paid Insured beneficiary.

I was asked for background to my complaint. On Friday, 20 Nov 2015, I collected a rental vehicle from Woodford at Cape Town International Airport. A deposit had already been paid through the Travelstart website.

I was told a R4000 holding deposit is required, and my card was swiped. The R4000 reflected as reserved for purchase.

On Sunday, 22 Nov 2015, I returned the vehicle, and subsequently received a statement - an amount of R 430.20 was promptly debited from my account. My initial agreement stated that I rented a Suzuki Alto, and i was given a Hyundai i10 Manual after paying he R4000 holding deposit.

Upon enquiry, I was on told on Monday that the money was only blocked and a release request was sent to the bank on Sunday evening (22 Nov 2015).

Today, Nov 26th, I call the Clientele Legal centre, and Grace advises me it takes them up to 48 hours to receive e-mailed documents (which I did yesterday) I should expect assistance by Monday, 30 Nov. No supervisor was available to take my call. . Clientele is doing to me what Woodford did.
