Clientele has **********ly debited my account

I am no customer with no dealings with Clientele. All of a sudden I was debited for R459 by Clientele. I do not have a salary coming into this account since I switched banks but have a debit order of R500 that was expected so I deposited enough for that. Clientele debited me for R459 and caused my initial debit order to be returned. I called clientele yesterday and their phones were not working. Called again today and was told that a case will be opened, I will get a call in 2 -3 weeks! What am I supposed to do so long? My initial account still needs to be paid, who is going to cover the unsuccessful charges? Will this affect my credit rating? Ref CER497658 I hate clientele for *****ing from me- I have never spoken to them previously and they had no business debiting me and then asking me to wait 2- 3 weeks, not for returning what they stole, but for an update on my case.

My initial debit was returned which means my services will get suspended. If I require this service and get declined because its suspended- I will take legal action. I am in the process of buying a flat- if this affects my credit rating- I will take legal action

Good day My case has not been resolved. Clientele has contacted me now claiming that my account details have been provided by someone that I know. I am sure that that is not true as my banking details are personal. I have reversed the debit order that has been deducted from my account but I need to be refunded for the bank charges caused
