Clientele false advertising
We have been clientele legal members now for over 4 months. We have a legal matter and need an attorney to assist. When we called in we were inform that because we enquired about it previously we cannot get assistance and we have to pay out of our own pockets. Now I am asking you. What is the use of having lawyer s if this is how they treat customers. Definitely false advertising. Think I should warm people that you don't get what you pay for. Super disappointed.

We do understand the frustration, however it is unfortunate that the claim reported falls within the exclusions of the Legal Policy and thus we are unable to provide our policyholder with legal representation in his matter.
We have explained the exclusion with our policyholder who confirmed he understands same and that the complaint has been resolved.
