Clientele ********

<p>I had a displeasucharge of dealing once again with the incompetence and the broken promises of clientele legal, I have had a legal charge laid agaist me in Deceember last year and unfortunately once again in Feb of this year, I have received summonses that require me to appear in court on 07/10/2016, i contacted clientele legal to request legal representation and upon them reverting back to me, they said they will not cover me because i had another charged laid against me and they dont cover the same matter if same charges are laid against within 2 years.</p> <p>They say they informed me of this in February 15th...my question is why did they not inform me when i was initially charged in December last year, and on their adverts they say you are covered forany legal, civil and work related matters...but apparently not as i painfully came to find out. I now face a prspect of Jail time and the people i pay to protect me are turning their backs on me after years of taking my money. I now have to look for legal assistance at an extra cost while they continue till today to take my money....this is now becoming apparent that they are a money making racket and don't care about the wellbeing of their clients...HOW do they expect to get their money if they are willingly letting me face jail time. The service is digusting and when i took the policy I was told that you are covered for any legal matters up to a certain amount per year but they haven't done anything for me, they haven't even represented me on the first matter coz its still pending. CLIENTELE LEGAL, I am really disgusted about the service that you have given me and for taking my money for nothing, you have proved that you are the real *********.</p> <p> </p>
