Clientele can't cover and I have to pay an attorne

I've been with Clientele Legal since February 2015 and I happened to have been dismissed at work December 2015,i sent through all needed documents and they app**** to ccma and when I was going to ccma I was told that im going alone by Thabiso and he said I should contact him a day before to guide me and when I did that I couldn't get hold of him I left a massage with a lady who said she'll send him an urgent email to contact me but he never did,the matter was referred to arbitration same day I scanned the referral certificate to Clientele and on the 4-02-16 Thabiso contacted me to ask how did it go then I told about that ive sent the arbitration referral certificate which he confirmed to have received it and he explained that way forward clientele will appoint an attorney who'll handle everything,today 11-02-16 Thabiso contact me to ask how far am I with regards to the arbitration application then I I said I haven't fone anything as he told me clientele will do everything then he tells me that Clientele wont cover me as it is a pre-existing matter according to the charges I should get my own attorney or can appoint 1 on my cost, but clientele had this documents since December.
