Clientel Legal - No Contact
<p>I have a legal policy with the said firm but todate they have not contacted me once, they just keep debiting my account. Clientel Legal I have news for you. If you do not contact me. I will be cancelling the debit order at my bank and will ensure that the account is not debited again. its been more than 3 months and still you have not sent me a card. **** you. this is not the service that I want. Iether you ship up or i Ship you out.</p>

As per your request we contacted you on 15 November 2016 to discuss the issue raised, you confirmed receipt of your policy documents. Furthermore, we then contacted you again on 17 November 2016 and you confirmed receipt of your membership card.
We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused in this regards. All concerns have been escalated to the relevant Management Team in an attempt to perpetuate this from happening in future.
