Cliental legal whatsup service

I have been trying to reach cliental on their whatsup number used as an alternative to speak to a legal adviser to better their services. All the time when u try to what'sup the number *** I only get a message that welcomes me and disclaimer awareness message. I then start typing my query no one ever responds to my queries or a gets back to me. I am really disappointed cause I have never missed any debit orders, now that I need them I am not receiving the benefit for my money. It's a shame.
