So...........I'm not one to complain about pettiness, by if you are a clientele legal member,I would urge you to cancel it, or if you planning on getting a membership, "DONT DO IT"

This is just another tactic to make a fortune off vulnerable people,

The first to debit my account on a monthly basis, it's only R280 but it's my R280 and I'm paying for a service that is easily promised but poorly delivered, they claim to be this efficient and effective company but is far from it.

It's now going for 10 months yes that's right u have seen right 10 months, since I have put in a claim to proceed with claiming repairs for a car I bought, long story short they couldn't even send a simple letter of demand.

If they can't handle something so simple, what makes you think they can be trusted with far more important cases.

They quick to debit your account, and the first mind you, before any debit order goes off, Clientele legal has already taken their money.

So if you need legal assistance, they should be at the very bottom of your list it's a waste of your money.

I would not advise anyone to use them, I will not even take out the life insurance.

Till today they have not gotten back to me about my case, almost a year later. But they continue to take my money
