Cannot get through

a few months ago i took a legal cover with clientelle and they gave me issues with their debit and it was a mission to get a hold of anyone. I logged a complaint. Well i have been trying unsuccessfully again months later calling the call centre and the lines are still useless. I refuse to deal with a company i cannot get a hold of. What if this was an emergency or an urgent matter? Please give a ring i need to cancel my policy.
