Cancellation not being done, incorrectly debitted
I requested that my policy be cancelled on the Friday, August 23, 2024 9:17 AM. This was the very first time receiving their contract. I was then debited without being notified or being acknowledged. The call center dropped the call when trying to "transfer" me.
