Cancellation
<p>I canceled my Clientele Legal policy on 17 March 2017, and received confirmation, yet my account was debited for the full premium.</p> <p>My understanding is that the policy covers an individual for the following month (April), if this is the case, then what is it that I am paying for because if I were to pick up the phone and call an attorney now, I would be advised sternly that my policy has been canceled.</p> <p> I ask again, why was I debited? I have contacted the call center and was told by Tebogo that the debit order cannot be reversed as the bank need to be notified. So do it??? As I am unable to pay for a service that I cannot use or afford</p>
