I want to cancel my policy with Clientele. When I called the agent I spoke to assured me they'd be able to help me with certain legal matters but thus far they haven't assisted me adequately at all. I can't pay for a service I don't use

He listened to me thoroughly and gave me the best and honest telephonic and written (via email) advice. I wish I'd spoken to him prior to this because he guided me in the best possible path. This is what Clientele needs from their consultants. I will be in contact with him going forward. Thank you again.
