Cancel My Policy immediately

Open letter to Clientele Legal,Good Day <br> <br> Cancel policy with immediate effect. <br> <br> I must express my disappointment with your service. My query was lodged in about Sept/Oct 2014 and I wasted so much time trying to get your lawyers resolve this only to be told now I must lodge a complaint with the consumer council. I have now been left to handle this process on my own. What exactly have I been paying for, if I now have to spend my time and money making follow ups on this complaint? <br> <br> The results I received are definitely not what you guys advertise on TV, I have wasted my money for more than 5years paying for something I believed will come in handy one day.
