Cancel my contract please.

I've had my policy with them since October 2020, they were initially helpful especially when it comes to giving legal advise, but they haven't really helped me with anything else. Now they are taking long to respond to claims and that means they are unreliable because some matters are time sensitive.So I called to have my contract with them terminated and that process too is lengthy, as though they do want to terminate my membership. It is frustrating to a customer because ultimately we want value for money.
