Can a company be so *****ed if its a legal company

Good evening all !<br> <br> Hope all is well!<br> <br> I am totally appalled when i discovered that somehow money have been deducted for a Clientele Legal Policy over the past year from my account without any form of knowledge or communication..This is totally unacceptable<br> <br> If this is not resolved nor the money credited legal action will be taken on my behalf<br> <br> Please contact me as soon as possible and rectify this
