Brilliant Service from a Brilliant consultant

<p>In relation to my case, I would like to send my greatest appreciation to Jeremiah Moodley.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I initially open the case to file a claim I dealt with 2 prior consultants of which I believed the service was substandard.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a result I felt the need to cancel my clientele legal policy as I felt that I was not receiving any value, my private banker then offered me the legal service through the private banking suite.</p> <p> </p> <p>One day I called in to follow up and Jeremiah was the consultant that assisted me. All I can say is WOW, his service was superior he is extremely knowledgeable and for the first time I felt I was receiving value through my policy, I then immediately requested that my case be handled by Jeremiah only.</p> <p> </p> <p>Jeremiah provided constant feedback, produced quality documentation and provided valuable clear legal advice which I did not receive with the previous consultants. There was no sense of direction in relation to my claim and the legal advice in my view was incorrect until Jeremiah took over my case. It was only then that I was confident that I was getting competent legal help.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had to planned to complain about the service, however I felt the need to compliment Jeremiah for his service.</p> <p> </p> <p>This in my view is one individual the company should value and invest in from a growth perspective. It is only because of him that I decided not to cancel my legal policy.</p>
