BOOM....Stay Unemployed, We Won't Represent YOU!!!

My big brother has been a religiously paying his policy for some time now and now that he needs assistance and services from this company they are giving him the run around. He was unfairly dismissed from his employer around June-July. As he knew he had legal representation, he forwarded all his documents to Clientel Legal as per their request while he was awaiting his date for his case to be heard at the CCMA.<br> With knowledge that my brother is now currently unemployed, and now that he has received his hearing date for the 16th of Sept, when he calls the company to inform them of the date, he is now told that he cannot be represented since he did not pay his premiums last month.This is the month after he already informed them that he will need their representation. I would just like to find out why are our people being taken for a ride like this?Why are they promised legal representation and when the time comes, they are given lame reasons as to why they cannot be represented more especially at a dire time of need like this.Are we such fools for these companies, that they will play with our people's livelihood like this in a country where unemployment is so rife.THIS IS NOT FAIR!
