BEWARE CLIENTELE LEGAL, STAY AWAY !!!!

OVERVIEW

On the 20 July 2018 i received an email from Clientele Legal where they informed me that without the damages affidavit they can not conclude the merit assessment and therefore can not cover my claim and that they can refer me to their panel of attorneys at my own cost but reduced price (Ok, fair enough - the issue of the damages affidavit is to follow later on)

On the 24 July 2018 (note that barely a week has passed) i received another email from Clientele legal informing that they regret to advise me that my request for legal assistance has been declined. The reason for this is that the insurable event is deemed not covered in terms of their policy. ( It is interesting to note that the insurable event here is the motor car accident, the very event that is the subject of their advertising on television, thereby effectively transgressing the statute regulating advertising!)

CONCERN I am concerned here as to on which grounds did they find in relation to the first paragraph above and barely a week has passed and they find that THE MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT IS NOT COVERED. Look at the inconsistencies appearing on the 1st paragraph in relation to the 2nd paragraph, all this happens after 6 MONTHS i had requested for legal assistance, the first since i have been paying them for more than 6 YEARS!

BACKROUND On the 16 January i was involved in a motor vehicle accident. I immediately laid claim with Clietele legal and informed them of the circumstances involving the accident. The other party was 100% at fault where he even told the towing company people to tow my vehicle as well and that his insurance will fix it (i have proof of this in the form of exchanged messages in whatsaap), he said this because he acknowledged his wrong doing. Yet my "beloved clientele legal tell me that they don't see the prospects of the case succeeding, THIS IS FOR THE PRESIDING OFFICER IN THE FORM OF A MAGISTRATE OR A JUDGE TO FIND ON THE BALANCE OF PROBABILITIES WHO THE GUILTY PARTY IS!!!!

DAMAGES AFFIDAVIDT

The issue of the damages affidavit is that i had failed a couple of times to acquire the services of the assessors to assess my vehicle because it could not move and all the assessors wanted to tow the vehicle to their premises with the hope that they would get to fix my car. Until i acquired the services of one who was willing to assess the vehicle where it was. Since the vehicle was situated at the towing company premises and accruing storage fees every day, i decided to sell the car. The assessor who came to assess the car learnt that i had sold the car and when i asked for the damages affidavit from him he refused to do so and flatly told me that his assessment is an affidavit itself. This i told to clientele legal as it was the only document left.

ADVICE TO CLIENTELE LEGAL

Since the assessor refused with the affidavit i advised Clientele legal that we should subpoena (an action in Law) the assessor since the Law makes provision for this action and that i am prepared to foot the bill related to this action, Clientele legal failed to do so! Until they sent me two successive emails within a surprisingly short space of time that were inconsistent of each other!

MY DEDUCTIONS Clientele legal hires very *********** legal practitioners. Clientele legal is misleading the public in terms of their legal cover (claiming to be over R1000 000 a year, yet they told me that they would refer me to their panel of lawyers at my own cost but reduced. In this regard, and for the sake of social justice, i believe it is imperative that we warn the public and inform them what ****s entities like clientele legal are! Actually i feel compelled to copy all this to all my social media friends to warn them to stay away from clientele legal, i think i would be contributing to social justice

For the 1st time in more than 6 YEARS i reversed the debit order these ******* tried to take from me again from P **********
