BEING DEBITED FOR A POLICY THAT WAS CANCELLED HALF AN HOUR LATER DUE TO INCORRECT DATA CAPTURED

On the 9th of Feb 2018 I app**** for a policy with Clintelle Legal telephonically. I was emailed my policy documents and all the information that I had given on the phone was incorrect. From being Ms to Mr. My delivery address being in Buccleuch to Bassonia. I had clearly instructed that my debit order date should be the 7th of each month but instead the debit date reflects the 28th of each month. Every single line was incorrect even after me spending half an hour on the line spelling it out like I would to a child. After reading all the bad reviews on Clientelle Legal, I decided i'd rather cancel the policy. That was less than half after speaking to the consultant.

I then get a confirmation email stating that the debit order will be cancelled given 30 days notice and that I will be debited on the 28th February. This is absolute BS...You guys are ripping people off.
