Bad services

I'm having a Claim with clientele legal since from the year of 2013.. have been trying to get hold of them for the past 4 weeks and i can not get of them.. i have been also requesting them to give me a called i called, e-mail, facebook them but they is no reply. and they are quick on take they money too..
