Bad Service Provided by all Involved
I have reported a matter to Clientele Legal about money paid to Brickvest on or around 16th January 2017 for Baccalaureus 120A contract , which Clientele Legal advised as being invalid and not enforceable. We have been advised by the Small Claims Court that we are about to forfeit the money paid. We have reported matter to the Potchefstroom Small Claims Court to assist with this matter but to date the sheriff cannot serve the letter of demand to Brickvest. Who can assist with this matter?
