BAD SERVICE/NO RESPONSE

Since early 2014 i logged a complaint with Clientele legal to assist me with the matter ,i have forwarded all the necessary documents they could possible require but sill i get no resolution from them, when i call and ask to speak to the lawyer responsible for my case, she's always not available, you can never get her on the phone.<br> <br> Its disgusting that the adverts they play on TV are the direct opposite of their service. for the past 11 months i have not received no help from them yet i pay my premiums every month and on time.
