bad service from clientele legal

Clientele legal, no business is that busy!!! I have been holding for more than 30 minutes and don't even have the decency to tell me my number in the queue, all we get is apologies for the delay in your call. Please cancel my policy, I do not wish to continue. Your agents give a generic response and do not assist further. I was chatting to Sessie and was promised someone would call me, I'm still waiting.
