Bad service from Clientele legal Aid Lawyers

I have escalated the construction builder to my lawyers at Clientele in February, after the builder refused to complete and fix the job he has done when building rooms in my premises.

I have been paying my premuim with Clientele since from last year.

Mr Dhlamini from Clientele was the first legal advisor who assisted me with the case, and he also made fails promises, by telling me that, he will send me the letter of demand to read and have a copy before it get sent to the third party.

Till today I haven't received the letter. And again he asked me to send him full details of the third party, but still I was been phoned more than four times regarding the details, which I gave from the s****.

After three weeks of waiting the letter, I decided to send the legal aid lawyers an email on Monday the 9th of May 2016 asking about the updated on my case. I received a call on tuesday the 10th of May from Clientele and it was a second legal advisor Mr Lethabo. He told me that he took over from Mr Dhlamini, then he asked me to send him a quotation so that the letter of demand can be sent to the third party. Of which I did the following day on Wednesday the 11th of May 2016. Then today, Thursday the 12th of May 2016 I receive a call from Clientele and it was a third legal advisor Ms Ahtiyyn, who asked me for three different quotations, so that the letter of demand can be sent to the third party.

In short I'm not happy with the service I received from CLIENTELE, I was mislead, misinformed and there is no way forward regarding my case.

Can Clientele assist me with the case, so that I can cancel my premuim with them.

Dear Mungazulu001 Our offices contacted you on even date and the details of your claim were discussed. Please note that your initial advisor did attempt mediation with the third party which was not successful. It was therefore necessary to proceed with the Letter of Demand and the relevant quotes were thus requested. We do understand your frustration but would like to assure you of our undertaking and commitment to assist you with this matter within the terms and conditions of your Legal Policy. As discussed, we shall continue to attend to your matter and keep you abreast of all further developments made.
