BAD SERVICE

I have been logging calls on Clientele Life App requesting the Lawyer to contact me regarding the legal matter I have with no success. Its been three weeks now, nothing is happening. I have sent emails to check what is their turnaround time to respond to the logged calls, they said is 48 hours. The question is how many 48 hours in three weeks? still nothing is happening from the legal section. I have noticed Clientele have a tendency of responding quicker only if you send them a to call you back if you want to join any of their policies, when it comes to claiming they don't respond. What they care about is new clients coming onboard. The existing clients who want to claim they are not attended to. I believe bad service is one element that will make a client cancel a policy.
