Bad Service -Clientele Life Response :*** [CSE: JNChiN, TKT: j1HAAY]
"Good day. My father Joseph Selowa Policy No: ***,is currently not happy with the service he once got, after he had a maintainance court case where he was unfairly treated, he reached out to you team and he was told he have to continue supporting the kids without your team hearing the side of the entire story, as per the supported kids status VS What South African law says, He had to appoint other lawyers and pay them, where as he’s paying the premium monthly, I mean what is he paying for if he cant even get the legal assistance he require from you?,he feel ******,betrayed and gambled by Clientele legal, thus he would to enquire few things. Statement of transaction of all premiums paid Ist possible to get a full/half refund since you never assisted him as you should have? Can the legal Policy be changed to a life cover/Funeral Cover with all premiums paid being transferred to the new Policy? I will appreciate your urgent response on these matter, we’ll advise further after your response." Email sent on 06/08/25
On the 12/08/25 I received this response "Dear Client
As our valued client, it is with great pleasure to be of assistance. I would like to apologize for delay in response to your email and any inconvenience caused.
Please note that I am unable to disclose any information or assist on the policy, without the consent from the Policy Owner or the Broker, due to our Confidentiality Rules.
Kindly note that in order for us give you information on Mr Selowa's policy the following documentation is required:
A letter signed by you and the client stating that they would like to give you authority over their policy. The letter should also include the ID number for both parties.
Please note that should the letter not specify the period for which the authority should be granted, then it will be valid for three months from date of receipt.

However the policy keeps on deducting,it even deducted today 29/08/25.
My father hereby demands full refund of his paid premiums since you never assisted him and you keep on deducting his account,This is not the promise u made to him when he take this policy,Stop robbing people,Stop playing with terms you can not deliver,what kind of service is this,This is Totally Wrong and very unprofessional Clientele
