Bad service

<br> <br> I asked for assistance on a matter last year in march.<br> A layer were appointed to look in to my complaint and assist menthes matter took longer than planed and after ma pushing them they came back with a suggestion I have asked the person assisting me to contact me so I can explained what they are missing..<br> I am still waiting for the call it's been a year<br> I have spent more than 16 hrs on the phone holding for a supervisor or a manager, clearly they protect each other at clientele legal. I have tried my best to get to a manager it never happened <br> I have tried to get a responsible person today, my call 1,4 hrs and then they cut me off<br> <br> Their service is terrible and totally unacceptable.<br>
