Bad service

I had a legal case which involved a car insurance company King price, they requested documents regarding the case and i sent everything and then they within a week or two they came back to me saying I will not win the case even If I go to private lawyers or any other legal place, they told me that they have plenty of similar cases and there's nothing they can do to help, no advice, no referal just that, you would swear they are defending king price, I asked for the correspondence between them and the company to show that they did something about my case . To my surprise they never even contacted the company , no investigations were done at all, they never took my case serious at all, to them it was one of those they just throw in the dustbin and get over and done with. You know what they advertise on TV is not what they deliver because I joined them because I believes they used the best lawyers in the world, but the lady who was helping out I doubt she is one of their best lawyers because she did not sound like one, she was cold and not giving me all the answers I wanted.
