Bad service.

They debited my account before the said date (15 September 2015, and in return i got penalty fee of R90 on my account for unpaid return fee. after numerals emails and called to there call center, to date i haven't received payments for charges i got.<br> <br> they happy to debit whilst i am not happy we the service. and they keep on sending the same stupid message as below, and i am fed-up of re-sending as they are not doing anything .<br> <br> \in order to assist with refunding you for the bank charges
