Bad service

Last year in June 2017 the Pietermaritzburg Attorney serve my sister with authority to execute. The documents were delivered to my house on the same day the Sherif attached all my movable furnitures. I visited the office to explain the situation that my sister she's no longer reside in my house. The information that was used was for application dated 2009. I have done an affidavit and forwarded it to Sherif. I have requested clientele to assist in taking the matter to court cause this exercise was not fare to me since I did not have an agreement with the school including their attorneys. My sister made an arrangement to settle the account and provided proof of her residence and they had contact details for her. I was advise that I can't take the matter to court cause they had a right to do what they did to my house. I was not happy with the response but since they also mentioned that my case was resolved with attorneys and nothing was going to be taken from my property I left it hanging like that. On Saturday while I was at work left my children and aunty at home Sherif come to my house to rent attached my furnisher and this time was so disturbing because it cause trauma to me and my family. I contacted emergency line for clientele cause I was so stressed that Sherif companies just come and do as they please while owners of the house were not available and record falls information. I was advise to send documents through email or fax so that they can be able to assist with the matter. I was only contacted on Wednesday the 3 October at around 13h00 to explain the matter. I provided information but I was only told to send an affidavit and my sister to send an email in order for them to assist. I did not made copies for affidavit that I submitted last year to Sherif company but clientele advised me that the matter was resolved and when I requested records as they have dealt with matter previous there was nothing except to say they contacted attorneys. If the matter was resolved properly they were supposed to register issue the same correspondence to attorneys and assist in taking the matter to court as it is fastrating. I have provided correct information why they are continuing to attach my furniture i don't understand but this has to stop. Base on advert of clientele they make you believe that what ever matter they will be available to assist. I don't feel that currently I'm asking my self if I still want to continue with they're services.
