Bad service

How misleading Clientele legal is, I have been with Clientele legal for 5 yrs now an for the 1st time i actually have a legal matter I never get much feedback except when i call them,i always get the same email or sms, not really, stating much,whenever i ask to speak to the lawyer busy with my case his never available then I have to explain my case to the *********** lawyer available, that makes like they listening to you but the really not, i was told my divorce would not take longer then 2months and that was in Oct 2014, then when i finally phone in Jan i get told there is something wrong with my settlement papers which I was not told of,I'm so disappointed wont recommend Clientele to anyone.
