Joining Clientele Legal has been 1 of the worst decisions I have ever made in my entire life, I logged a call and requested to be assisted in April 2015, the matter was handed to Lucky , this guy is so ***********, he never bothered to attend to my query, this guy never kept me in the loop regarding the progress of my query, they only try to take action once you call and enquire, once you hang up, they forget about you. they will go months without any progress , from where I'm standing right now . Want my to cancel my policy with immediate effect...Client?le you've failed me..Please cancel this policy number for me.. I have few policies with Clientele which I'm intending to cancel soon.
