Bad Service

Joining Client?le Legal has been 1 of the worst decisions I have ever made in my entire life, I logged a call and requested to be assisted in April 2015, the matter was handed to Njabulo Mpungose, this guy is so ***********, he never bothered to attend to my query, then I complained to the so called supervisors, they then re-assigned my query to Kameshan Moodley, who I think was not different frm Njabulo, these guys never kept me in the loop regarding the progress of my query, they only try to take action once you call and enquire, once you hang up, they forget about you. The matter has been ongoing for almost 4 months without any progress, then I decided to cancel my policy on Friday the 17th of July, then Client?le sent confirmation that the Policy has been cancelled, but on the 22nd of July, they debited my account, why on earth would you debit my account even though I cancelled my policy?? People must not be fooled by Client?le's fancy adverts because they are deceiving, Client?le Legal are just money mongers who are after our money, they don't give a damn about the kind of service they render to clients. Stop delighting clients with your fancy ads & focus on the basics.
