Bad legal wise service!

I've send an email for assistance but no one has responded, I even send a WhatsApp for client assistance also with no response,every month they are deducting instalments with no assistance. I am very disappointed in their their customer service, what's the use of having a lawyer if you can't make use of their services or defend you in time of need. Guy's don't use them they only use you for your money.
