BAD ATTITUDE. NO FEEDBACK .No phone ethic

<p>Hi Clientelle </p> <p> </p> <p>i have never used the service only once for advise in witch i got bad service. this time i am usign them with regards to a car accident . When i call in i get told that the person delaining with my complaint has spoken to me. in witch this is not the case. i get seriously bad attitude from the AGENT. Who i quote saying . I AM NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU SIR and then just put me on mute and didnt say anything while i was tryi ng to communicate with him. This is by far the worst service i have ever recieved by a company. Sould i not recieve feedback by COB today.
