An emergency number that is useless

My 19 year old son got arrested and I contacted Clientelle legal emergency number after 4 to be told my son was not covered. I requested contact details for lawyers in my vicinity and I was told an and with those details was on my way. I am still waiting 12 hours later. I called frantically just after 6pm and my calls went unanswered and apparently I was supposed to leave a voice mail for my emergency. My son spent the night in jail which was not necessary, I called again just after 6am this morning and I am told my son is listed in my policy but as an adult and as such I cannot get cover for him. I am still waiting for the and and my son should appear in court this morning (30/10/15)Clientelle, I gave you the correct date of birth for my son, why didn't you list him correctly? And now to fix this problem I must wait for office hours? It's good to know what I pay you for which is nothing. It's just painful to learn when you are in trouble that you have been wasting your money thinking you have legal aid. Well done Clientelle. I am still waiting for the sms
