Adding to my woes

When joining clientele legal 5 years ago I thought I made a right decision however I now regret as they are unable to assist me when I need them the most. They are just adding to my woes.

My car was involved in a horrible accident. My insurance rejected my claim and turned to Clientele to assist me claiming as a third party. First it was Tshimagadzo telling me to drive 480 km to get a copy of police accident report whiles I have AR number, I pay premium so that they can assist with such in my view they are the ones who should be getting these from police and was told the will not assist further with my claim cos of this. I thought my premiums were paid for convenience but I was wrong they just enjoying chowing my money. Right now I am stressed cos I wont be able to claim for my car and will be paying for the car that I do not have couse Cleintelle wont be helping further.
