Rejected Clientel hospital claim
I have been on a clientel hospital plan for 11 years now... My daughter had a cough for over 3 weeks to the point of not breathing and then vomiting... After seeing two different doctors in two weeks her condition worsened... We took her to the hospital where she was admitted for 5 days of treatment... Now after gsubmitting the tests and reason of Rhinovirus and acute Bronchiatus they(Clientel) will not pay me out as they say my daughter did not Warrent being in hospital and was treated for pain??... I escalated to the complaints Arbetraitor and got the same result. I'm very disappointed in Clientel

No Feedback
Good day, I’ve been waiting for a month for a matter to be resolved regarding a refund. I’ve been following up and getting no feedback. Santam is usually quick to resolve issues, so I’m quite disappointed in how this is being dealt with.
