Zero Response for 5 days (from 2 sept) for chronic meds

I emailed clicks paddocks on 2 Sept (as I do monthly) to request my monthly meds. Copy of this mail is below. No response On 4 Sept I sent below email asking for an update. Again, No response 5 sept - try calling clicks paddocks ***), asked to be put through to the pharmacy, pharmacy number just rings and rings. 5 sept - I tried calling your customer care line (0860-254-257), I select option for 1 - clicks - phone just rang and rang then went dead. 7 sept - tied calling both clicks paddocks (phone just rings) and clicks customer care line - again phone went dead after selecting 1 for clicks then asked to hold for next available operator
