Zero customer service clicks

The Clicks in Humewood Port Elizabeth has absolutely zero customer service. And when you order online for collection in store not only does it take more than 2 weeks but when I went to collect it there were 3 cashiers arguing as to which one of them was going to fetch it for me. I am absolutely disappointed in that branch
