zero after sale service

made a purchase via there website, ordered a specific range of products but was sent a completely different range, sent a query through and did not get a response, after 2 weeks, i phoned them and was advised that "carl hoffman" was dealing with my query, he only began working on the query when i made that call, spoke to his manager who assured me she would look into the matter and provide me feedback, been over a month now and no response from either of them, the way i see it , there is no after sale service, the consultant did not even know the difference between the products i ordered and received, clearly indicating lack of product knowledge.
