You've redeemed yourself Clicks!

My last review (within the last 60 days) on clicks wasn't a great one at all. I wanted to share an update on how they've redeemed themselves as a company. After I published my review, both the store and regional manager contacted me (on numerous occasions with updates and progress on their actions) and personally apologised for the service I received (An apology goes a long way!). They also informed me that they will be having a coaching session with in the store manager, Clemmond to ensure he understands the importance of customer service. I appreciate their urgency and commitment! #WIN
