Your service sucks

I went to clicks feeling tired and drained and needed some help to find the right Lennon dutch remedy to take. I walked around the shop, looking for someone and didn't find anyone. Eventually I found a lady in a blue check shirt who told me to find a health department person. I told her there wasn't anybody and she told me speak to another lady who told me to find the right person. She left me in the aisle to sit down (on the cold floor) and read the package inserts myself. Nobody came the entire time I was there. I had to go the pharmacy opposite to ask for help and back to buy the product at clicks. This is disgusting service!!!! So the manager (and I really don't think she was the manager ) just says someone in that section was supposed to help you, like duh-uh. I told her how I was feeling and the whole time the ***** cashier is nudging her, making fun of me, like I'm blind! I'm sorry is not good enough. I wish I had been mystery shopping them. That shop is shocking!
