Your Error yet no refund

Clicks <br> <br> I'm very disappointed in Clicks Heathway Blackheath/Cresta. Never will I, wife and daughters support any clicks again. <br> <br> At pharmacy counter I asked for two products, 1 of Mycota cream. Pharmicist placed in bags, sealed it with label and in the cage (we can't see in bag). Paid and left. Once home I noted Mylocort (not Mycota). <br> <br> Following day I returned hoping for replacement of correct one however was told its policy to not change pharmaceutical goods - I GET THAT BUT! Not when it's their error. Both Manager and Pharmacist were unhelpful. Then I posed a question, \if i buy a product now
