You just don’t care

I am lodging this complained -as I have now over and over experienced the same problem at Fedsure Forum -Clicks in the Tramshed building in Pretoria CBD -every time you come there -they are late in opening -the opening time clearly state that from Monday -Tuesday and Thursday and Friday -they open at 08H00 -very time the clients have to stand outside and wait -this morning was no different , eventually when they opened -there was no one at the tills -I stood there for almost 10min -waiting for someone so I can pay for the items -when a lady -Maria finally come -she scanned the some product 2 twice and now I had to stand and wait for another lady to remove it -honestly -please can you get your act together
