You CANNOT speak to customers like that

I just called the Clicks @ Lynnridge Mall, spoke to a lady at the dispensary. I wanted to inquire about my chronic prescription (6 months) repeat. The doctor's note was dated 19 Feb 2015, I went there in early March, so on their systems, the month of Feb is forfeited (I was only allowed 5 repeats from the 6). I asked her if there is a way to get that first month's repeat prescription - her exact words were \it's not my problem that you collected late". I then informed her that it was very rude of her to tell a customer that it's not her problem"
